A white goods call-out is 450 TRY and a boiler call-out 600 TRY. If you have the repair done, this amount is deducted from the total; if not, it is charged only as the diagnosis fee.

No, we are an independent private service. For devices still under manufacturer warranty we advise using the authorised service to keep the warranty; for devices out of warranty we offer a faster and more affordable solution.

We use genuine or manufacturer-approved equivalent parts. We state which one was fitted on the invoice and warranty certificate, and show you the old part and hand it over.

For calls before 16:00 we provide same-day service in most Bursa districts. Next-day appointments may be given in distant districts; boiler emergency calls are handled with priority 24/7.

With 3,000 types of parts in stock we resolve 92% of cases on the first visit. A special-order part arrives within 24-72 hours; repair time does not exceed 20 working days excluding waiting for parts.

Boards are tested in our workshop with a microscope, oscilloscope and load simulator; we give a six-month written warranty on repaired boards. If a board cannot be repaired, we charge nothing.

Cash, credit card by on-site POS (three instalments) and bank transfer are accepted. The invoice is sent to your email as e-archive.

Do not use the device, open the windows, do not touch electrical switches and, once outside, call the 187 natural gas emergency line. After the gas is shut off, call us; our 24/7 emergency line is available for leak testing and repair.
