Call-out fee
- White goods call-out: 450 TRY (deducted from the repair).
- Boiler fault service: 600 TRY (deducted from the repair).
- Emergency night line (21:00 – 08:00): 900 TRY (boiler emergencies).
- AC service: 500 TRY (deducted if maintenance is done).
Estimated ranges for common jobs
- Washing machine drain pump replacement: 1,600 – 2,400 TRY
- Dishwasher circulation pump: 2,000 – 3,200 TRY
- Fridge defrost heater and thermostat: 1,000 – 1,600 TRY
- Fridge compressor replacement: 3,800 – 6,500 TRY
- Annual boiler service: 1,450 TRY
- Boiler heat exchanger replacement: 3,500 – 6,500 TRY
- AC service (split): 1,100 TRY per unit
- AC gas refill (R32): 1,800 – 2,600 TRY
What is included in the price?
Diagnosis, labour, VAT and parts (genuine or approved equivalent) are included. Depending on the product and parts supply, special-order parts may involve extra time and cost; this is notified in writing before repair.
Payment methods
Cash, credit card (by on-site POS device, three instalments) and bank transfer are accepted. Invoices are sent to your email as e-archive.
